Cincinnati Bengals (@ Ball_Is_Life044) 11-1-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Texans 24-20 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Buccaneers 34-14 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: vs. JFF Steelers (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Browns (Week Fifteen)

Comment: If you told most of the JFF league members that Shane would win two games by scores of 24-20 and 34-14, and you told those same league members that Shane’s two opponents were Deuce’s JFF Texans and Top Dawgg’s JFF Buccaneers, surely the vast majority of them would have predicted a 24-20 score for the Cincinnati vs. Tampa Bay contest and a 34-14 score for the Cincinnati vs. Houston match-up.  Well ... surprise, surprise.  Shane’s JFF Bengals, even without starting QB Andy Dalton, looked very formidable on both offense and defense in their match-up against Tampa Bay.  This team is ready for the “end-of-the-Regular-Season stretch” as well as the playoffs.  Be afraid.  Be very afraid of those JFF Cincinnati Bengals.

Kansas City Chiefs (@ ShadySlick) 11-1-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Raiders 76-16 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Broncos 59-7 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Cardinals (Week Fourteen); vs. JFF Raiders (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Legendary MLB baseball player Babe Ruth was known for approaching the batter’s box, and just pointing.  The pitchers who did not know what he was doing would say, “Where is he pointing to?”  Ruth would point in the direction that he confidently felt he would hit a home run to.  And more often than not, he would hit a home run in that very direction.  Talk about COCKY.  Speaking of being cocky, Shady said to Kory G in the league’s GroupMe Chat, “I am not only going to beat you, but I am going to destroy you.  I am aiming to beat you worse than what Damian did (Damian had beaten Kory 62-7 earlier in the season).”   How about this:  Shady was only 3 points off in his prediction, and truthfully, he was in field goal position as time was running out on the clock.  Shady’s JFF Chiefs are now the AFC West Division Champions.   Did we say, “SS Eric Berry is a BEAST?”

Dallas Cowboys (@ TD33DORSETT) 10-2-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF N.Y. Giants 63-35 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Eagles 56-3 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Bears (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Eagles (Week Fifteen)

Comment: If Cliff’s JFF Cowboys knock off their former division rival Que in Week Fourteen (Que was the Owner / Coach of the JFF Philadelphia Eagles the last two seasons), they would essentially clinch the NFC East Division crown.  Dallas is one of four teams in the league that still has as many as three human user vs. human user contests remaining in the last four weeks of the season (JFF Bears in Week Fourteen, JFF Colts in Week Sixteen, and JFF Redskins in Week Seventeen).  Given what happened with the “glitch loss” to Haywood’s JFF Redskins in Week Eight, Da Commish might go ahead and give Cliff’s JFF Cowboys an “Auto Pilot victory” in Week Seventeen.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (@ UNCLE___SAM) 11-1-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Bears 31-24 (Week Twelve); Lost to the JFF Bengals 34-14 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Lions (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Panthers (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Top Dawgg had told this very JFF Story Editor that playing so many games against the CPU might give him a very false sense of where his talents stand this season.  “I really wish I had more human opponents this season, but I did not create my schedule,” said Top Dawgg.  And he’s right.  It wasn’t his fault that no one chose to challenge him in the NFC South Division.  Top Dawgg’s JFF Buccaneers took one on the chin against Shane, the defending JFF Super Bowl Champion, and his JFF Cincinnati Bengals.  Both of Shane’s picks in the game were “user picks,” which was impressive against Tampa Bay’s talented corps of wide receivers.  Now, Tampa Bay has only one more human user vs. human user contest remaining before the playoffs, and that is Tim Dog’s JFF Green Bay Packers in Week Sixteen.

Seattle Seahawks (@ poefield109) 10-2-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Cardinals 37-7 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF 49ers 42-19 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Eagles (Week Fourteen); vs. JFF 49ers (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Cadillac can be funny as all get out when he chooses to be.  Recently, while gloating after his decisive victory over his favorite trash-talking rival Damian, said, “I had to remind Damian where he stands in the league’s food chain.”  In the past, some had said that Cadillac’s offensive plays and defensive plays were “more or less predictable,” but in his game against Damian’s JFF Arizona Cardinals, Cadillac introduced a few new “wrinkles” in both his offensive playcalling as well as his defensive playcalling.  Cadillac confidently believes he will be the NFC representative in JFF Super Bowl XII, and the way he defeated both Arizona and Dallas, can you blame him?

Arizona Cardinals (@ INGLEWOODD) 10-2-0

Most Recent Results: Lost to the JFF Seahawks 37-7 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Falcons 56-26 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: vs. JFF Chiefs (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Rams (Week Fifteen)

Comment:  One great thing about Damian, is that when he loses, he rarely offers weak excuses.  After his JFF Arizona Cardinals lost to trash-talking rival #1 in Week Twelve (Cliff is trash-talking rival #2), Damian calmly said, “I have nothing to say until Cadillac and I meet again in Week Sixteen.  He won Round One.”  Boom!  He took his loss like a man (which is what you’re supposed to do).  Surely, Damian will make some adjustments … Cadillac will make a few as well … and these two entertaining trash talkers will provide us with a great game to finish off the season.  You just gotta hope that they also meet in the NFC Conference playoffs.  You just want their rivalry to last forever.

Denver Broncos (@ VitalMindz5) 9-3-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Dolphins 35-17 (Week Twelve); Lost to the JFF Chiefs 59-7 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: vs. JFF Bills (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Chargers (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Let’s just keep it real:  Kory G is used to playing with the likes of QB Johnny Manziel, who has great mobility and 80 speed.  The slowest starting quarterback in the league is JFF Houston Texans QB Ryan Mallet (51 speed, 49 agility); the next quarterback in line would be JFF Arizona Cardinals QB Carson Palmer (52 speed, 51 agility); and finally, the next two most immobile quarterbacks in the league are JFF New England Patriots QB Tom Brady (58 speed, 56 agility) and JFF Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning (58 speed, 51 agility).  So, does Kory think about using back-up QB Tarvaris Jackson (who has 83 speed, 86 agility, 93 throwing power and an average throwing accuracy of 73.3) or back-up QB Brock Osweiler (69 speed, 77 agility, 96 throwing power and an average throwing accuracy rating of 78.7)?  The downside of replacing Manning would be sacrificing his awareness (97) and his average throwing accuracy (89.7).  We’ll see if Kory G makes any adjustments on offense and/or defense in his next two human user vs. human user contests.  The ‘good’ news for the JFF Broncos is, even though they lost their chance at claiming the AFC West Division title, they are guaranteed a Wild-Card spot in the AFC.

Green Bay Packers (@ BarNone12000) 12-0-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Vikings 47-44 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Patriots 14-10 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: vs. JFF Falcons (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Bills (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Tim Dog can be full of surprises sometimes.  In a recent conversation with your beloved JFF Story Editor, Tim Dog had this to say, “Some league members might think I’m crazy for saying this, but I actually don’t want to be the #1 or #2 Seed in the NFC Conference Playoffs.  I don’t want a Round One ‘BYE’.  I want to play in the Wild-Card Round to keep my competitive juices flowing.”  The problem is, if Green Bay suffers two Auto Pilot losses to both Buffalo and Tampa Bay, Tim Dog loses his $16.00 league security deposit (no league member can have two or more losses to the CPU during the season or they sacrifice their security deposit).  So … will “competitive juices” win out?  Or the desire for that $16.00 back?  We shall see!

Chicago Bears (@ Queesdoe812) 8-4-0

Most Recent Results: Lost to the JFF Buccaneers 31-24 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Lions 34-9 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: vs. JFF Cowboys (Week Fourteen); vs. JFF Saints (Week Fifteen)

Comment: “Technically,” Que’s JFF Chicago Bears have already clinched a playoff berth because 99% chance, Da Commish is going to place the JFF Redskins on Auto-Pilot in Week Seventeen.  That said though, Que should still be seeking revenge against Cliff, given that Cliff’s JFF Dallas Cowboys knocked Que’s JFF Eagles out of the playoffs in both the Fall 2014 season and the Spring 2015 season.  If Chicago wins in Week Fourteen, there would be no need for Washington to be placed on Auto-Pilot.  It would not matter.

New England Patriots (@ SLIMDAWG1979) 7-5-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Lions 65-13 (Week Thirteen); Lost to the JFF Packers 14-10 (Week Fourteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Chargers (Week Fourteen); vs. JFF Dolphins (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Andrew’s JFF New England Patriots find themselves with only one human user vs. human user contest remaining, and in a most interesting position:  New England could have their Regular Season come to an end in one of THREE DIFFERENT ways.  At best, they could end their season as AFC East Division Champions (if they defeat Buffalo in Week Seventeen, and Buffalo ends the season with 5 or 6 losses); If they do not win the division, they could enter the playoffs as the #5 Seed or #6 Seed Wild-Card team if Buffalo finishes 12-4-0 (with their only remaining loss being to the JFF Patriots) and New England finishes 11-5-0; or in worst case scenario, the JFF Patriots could be out of the playoffs completely if they end the season with a 10-6-0 record.  So Andrew has to just sort of “sit and wait and see what happens” with Buffalo in Week Fourteen and Week Fifteen.

Indianapolis Colts (@ champ31p) 10-2-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Jaguars 38-20 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Redskins 20-17 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Browns (Week Fourteen); vs. JFF Texans (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Champ’s JFF Colts defeating Haywood’s JFF Redskins made up for Indianapolis losing to the JFF Patriots.  Now, they have clinched the AFC South Division title, and can go into the AFC Conference playoffs as no lower than the #4 Seed.  Indianapolis needs to defeat either the JFF Texans or JFF Cowboys to maintain the #3 Seed, and if they beat both teams, they could possibly move up to the #2 Seed and a Round One “BYE” in the AFC Conference playoffs.

Buffalo Bills (@ ModeOne4Ever) 9-3-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF N.Y. Jets 56-10 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Browns 64-0 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Broncos (Week Fourteen); vs. JFF Packers (Week Fifteen)

Comment: Air’s JFF Buffalo Bills are just like Andrew’s JFF New England Patriots:  Their season can end one of THREE ways:  a) The JFF Bills could end the season as AFC East Division Champions, and end up with the #3 or #4 Seed in the AFC Conference playoffs; b) The JFF Bills could end the season as the #5 Seed or #6 Seed Wild-Card team; or, c) The JFF Bills could be eliminated from JFF playoffs contention entirely.  If they end the season with no more than 4 losses, the “a” scenario is most likely; If they end the season with no more than 5 losses, the “b” scenario is most likely; and if they end the season with 6 losses … uh oh.  Air is going to try his best to prevent scenario “c” from happening.

Pittsburgh Steelers (@ dman_of_God) 10-2-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF Saints 42-7 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Bengals (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Falcons (Week Fifteen)

Comment: DMan’s JFF Pittsburgh Steelers are in a somewhat similar position to Air’s JFF Buffalo Bills and Andrew’s JFF New England Patriots.  They could either end their season as a) AFC North Division Champions, or b) the #5 Seed or #6 Seed Wild-Card team, or even possibly c) be eliminated from the playoffs entirely.  The least likely scenario is “c,” but if Buffalo defeats Denver, but loses to both Green Bay and New England, and Pittsburgh loses both games to Cincinnati and their one game against Kansas City, then Houston and Pittsburgh would be eliminated from JFF Playoffs contention.  In other words, DMan’s JFF Steelers have to win at least ONE of their remaining human vs. human games to guarantee themselves a spot in the AFC Conference playoffs (or hope that Buffalo beats New England in Week Seventeen).  We’ll see what happens.

Washington Redskins (@ thawood505) 7-5-0

Most Recent Results: Defeated JFF 49ers 63-13 (Week Twelve); Lost to the JFF Colts 20-17 (Week Thirteen)

Next Up: vs. JFF Rams (Week Fourteen); AT JFF N.Y. Giants (Week Fifteen)

Comment: On paper, Haywood’s JFF Redskins are 7-5-0, but “technically,” they are 6-6-0.  More-than-likely, Da Commish is going to demand that the JFF Redskins be placed on Auto-Pilot for their last game of the season out of fairness to both Chicago and Dallas.  In other words, the playoff hopes of the JFF Washington Redskins have just about expired.  Haywood did not have as many “upset” victories as last season, but he was competitive and gave both the JFF Colts and JFF Seahawks one hell of a closely contested game.

Houston Texans (@ deuce1413) 8-5-0

Most Recent Results: Lost to the JFF Bengals 24-20 (Week Twelve); Defeated JFF Titans 51-0 (Week Thirteen); Defeated JFF Jaguars 69-24 (Week Fourteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Colts (Week Fifteen)

Comment: There is no need to sugar-coat the reality of the JFF Houston Texans:  They are literally one half-step away from being eliminated from JFF playoffs contention.  Honestly, even if they defeat the JFF Colts in Week Fifteen, more-than-likely, they will still be eliminated from the playoffs because both Buffalo and Pittsburgh hold head-to-head tie-breakers with them.  Regardless, Deuce has always played his schedule to the end, and he is always welcomed as a member of The JFF Online League anytime it is active.

San Francisco 49ers (@ Pasadena Soldier**) 3-9-0

Most Recent Results: Lost to the JFF Redskins 63-13 (Week Thirteen); Lost to the JFF Seahawks 42-19 (Week Fourteen)

Next Up: AT JFF Raiders (Week Fourteen); AT JFF Seahawks (Week Fifteen)

** Pasadena Soldier abruptly quit the league after his Week Thirteen loss to the JFF Denver Broncos

Comment: If a certain person was as competitive as they always said they were, they could still be fighting for a playoff spot in the NFC Conference.  But nooooooooooooo.  This “unnamed” person has not been heard from since they abruptly quit the league.  For a second time.  Just think if NFL teams just quit – as an organization – in the middle of the season.  How embarrassing would that be for that city and that organization??
